MEET THE TEAM
Head of Foundation
Leah has a wealth of experience having proved herself within the local community and at a number of national community projects, including organisations such as The Football Association. Leah has worked in roles such as Education Mentor and Head of Sport before stepping into this role. Her role is to oversee and deliver on all operational aspects of the Foundation including funding, developing partnerships and managing the day to day running of the Foundation.
Social Inclusion Coordinator
Paul brings expertise within character resilience and inclusive projects having worked both locally and nationally. He coordinates all of the Foundation's inclusive programmes such as our school projects Inspire and Prosperity, and our community projects including our Youth Work project in North Warwickshire.
Lead Foundation Coach
Lee brings character and enthusiasm to all of his work within the Foundation. With experience in both school and community based coaching, Lee is a key member across a number of our Sport and Social Inclusion Projects. Lee also takes responsibility in helping to develop our apprentices.
Louis joins us after a successful period working in secondary education settings and coaching within the local community. With this he brings knowledge in both education and sports environments. Louis brings enthusiasm, professionalism and passion for working with the people in our community. Louis is also a qualified Youth Worker.
Owen joins us with a huge amount of knowledge and experience working with primary school children across Warwickshire. Owen will deliver sessions across a number of projects including our Inspire Programme, working with disengaged children, and delivering high quality PPA in primary schools.
Sam joins us after a number of year working within different coaching environments and leads a number of school programmes in Nuneaton. Sam specialises in working with Key Stage 1 pupils due to his smiley and outgoing personality!
Chloe will work as a Foundation Coach, whilst continuing to complete her degree at Coventry University. Chloe will assist the delivery on a number of the Foundation's projects, specifically within our schools programme including Inspire, PPA and Extra Curricular Clubs!
Having previously worked as part of an SEND unit within a school, as well as gaining a degree with Special Education Needs specialism, Amelia has a wide understanding of SEND. Amelia leads our Shine Project and is responsible for all things SEND in the Foundation.
Apprentice Foundation Coach
Having been a part of The Positive Impact Academy as a student, Mitch has earned himself an apprenticeship through hard work and dedication. Mitch will assist on a number of our projects alongside his studies.
Destiny splits her role between The Positive Impact Foundation & Academy. Destiny helps to engage disengaged pupils in both primary and secondary education whilst studying to be a Teaching Assistant. Destiny brings charisma and enthusiasm to build great rapport with students.
Keaton will assist the delivery of one of our biggest programmes - Inspire - in one of our key partner schools, working with disengaged pupils to support their learning and behaviour. He will study alongside working, gaining a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification as well as Sports & Coaching qualifications.
